Is there a setup fee?
Menue is priced as a simple subscription. What you pay is the plan price: ₱1,200 a month on Starter Plan and ₱2,400 on Basic Plan, with no separate setup charge on top, and 0% commission on the orders you take. Billed in US dollars.
What are credits?
Credits cover the paid services an order uses: map lookups that estimate delivery time, address autocomplete at checkout, and the AI agent if you switch it on.A typical order uses about 8 credits. A repeat customer with a saved address uses far fewer, because the map lookups are already done. If you run the AI agent, each reply it sends costs 6 credits.Your plan includes 1,000 credits on Starter Plan and 3,000 on Basic Plan. You can check the balance and top up from the Credit and Subscription page in your vendor panel.
What happens if I go above the Starter sales cap?
Starter Plan covers up to ₱50,000 of sales a month. Sales above the cap require upgrading the plan. Basic Plan has no monthly sales limit.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move to another plan when you need more credits or no monthly sales cap. Basic Plan can also be paid yearly, which is 2 months free against the monthly price.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can request a free trial from the trial request form and we will set it up for you, so you can build your menu and see your own branded ordering website working before you pay for a plan.
