Delivery: up to 25km

Two kinds of business need a rider today: a restaurant at dinner rush, and a shop selling something the customer will not wait for, like medicine, a cake or a spare part.Menue books the rider the moment the order comes in, so nobody stops to do it. Lalamove quotes the fee by distance and Menue shows it at checkout, so your customer pays it and it does not come out of your margin.Lalamove covers motorcycle to truck, anywhere within about 25km.

Delivery covers your own city. If you also send parcels beyond it, nationwide shipping in Menue works out the box size, charges the fee at checkout and creates the waybill for you to print.

Use your own rider

Automatic booking is an option, not a requirement.Menue can charge your customer for delivery at checkout and leave the fulfillment to you, so your own rider or the logistics company you already use carries the order while the fee is collected with the payment.Your customer sees no difference. They pay for delivery when they pay for the order, and you decide who carries it.

Delivery questions

Do I need my own Lalamove account?

Yes, and we open it with you. The Lalamove application usually comes back the same day or the next business day. The account stays in your name, so the rate you see is the courier's own with nothing added by Menue, and every booking sits in your own account.

How is the delivery fee worked out, and who pays it?

Lalamove works it out, not Menue. When your customer enters their address, Menue asks for a quote and shows that rate with nothing added on top. Your customer pays it with the order. If you deliver in house instead, you set your own fee and manage your own riders.

How far can Menue deliver?

Up to about 25km from your branch, which covers same-city delivery in Metro Manila and the provincial cities. Lalamove covers motorcycle to truck, so a single dinner order and a bulk run are the same booking. Anything further is a parcel, and Menue ships it instead.

Can I use my own rider or my own logistics company?

Yes, and plenty of shops deliver in house. Menue can charge your customer at checkout and leave the fulfillment to you, so your own rider carries the order while the fee is still collected with the payment. If you would rather not dispatch, Lalamove is live.

When will Angkas, Grab Express and Maxim be available in Menue?

Angkas, Grab Express and Maxim are on our roadmap and coming soon, but booking them from Menue is not available yet. Dates on unreleased work are targets, not commitments. If you are choosing a plan, choose it on what is live today, which for delivery is Lalamove.
