1. How is this different from platforms like Grab, Foodpanda, or Uber Eats?

Our platform is subscription-based, which means you keep 100% of your sales revenue. Unlike commission-based platforms that take 20–30% per order, we don’t take a cut—allowing you to grow profitably and build your own brand.

2. What’s included in the subscription?

There are two plans you can buy today, with a third on the way. Every plan includes one branch, unlimited users, online payments, delivery and nationwide shipping booking, and 0% commission on your orders. Starter covers up to PHP 50,000 of sales a month; Basic has no monthly limit. You can compare them on the pricing page.

3. Can I still offer delivery to my customers?

Yes. Delivery and nationwide shipping are both booked from inside Menue. For same-day delivery, Lalamove is booked the moment the order comes in. For parcels, LBC is booked automatically and the waybill is created for you, so you just print it, pack and hand over. The fee is quoted at checkout, so your customer pays it. Activate it from your dashboard once your location is covered.

4. Does my country have supported delivery partners?

Currently, we have supported delivery partners in: • Philippines: Lalamove for same-day delivery, LBC Express for nationwide shipping, with J&T Express and SPX in development Coming soon: • Kuwait • Canada If your country is not supported yet, you can still charge your customers for delivery through the system. However, you’ll need to manually place the delivery request with your preferred logistics company.

5. Do I need technical skills to use the platform?

Not at all. The platform is designed to be simple, intuitive, and easy to use—even if you have no technical background. If you can use a smartphone, you can manage your business with ease.

6. Does the money go to my account or to Menue?

The money goes directly to your account. We connect to PayMongo or Xendit using your own merchant details, so all customer payments, GCash and Maya included, are transferred straight to your bank account without passing through us.

7. Can I use my own domain?

Yes, Menue gives you the option to use your own custom domain—so your brand stays front and center for your customers.
